A simple how-to:
- Go to Retromat website, read all about available activities and craft a coherent retrospective plan.
- Setup the Retrotimer app (i.e. timeboxes and activities).
- When youre ready, start the countdown and let the app do its thing.
- The app will let you know when the timebox of each activity is over.
